Pretty Miss Itty. In the six weeks we’ve been fostering Miss Itty, we’ve gone from having to give her daily oral and ear medication to just ear drops twice a week. Her personality is really beginning to shine and though she will always prefer being independent; some might call her, “Aloof” (because the world needs more loofs), she thoroughly enjoys the company of humans. She’s very photogenic and seems to understand the camera is her friend.

We also think she looks very classic against softer colors. So, the pinkish, spring duvet cover is on and she likes it.

Miss Itty also likes the sheet game. You know, that game wherein you’re trying to change the sheets but you have this lump laying in the middle, and that lump happens to be terribly cute and you can’t bear to move it just yet even though you’d really, really like to get the sheets changed so you can get the laundry done sometime before, say, June.

We mentioned she likes the laser pointer, or the Red Dot game as we call it. When the Red Dot comes out, you’d never think Miss Itty is ten years old. Kitten-like. That’s what you’d think.

If you hadn’t already guessed, Miss Itty is a sweetheart. Sure, she’s independent, only likes to be petted on her terms, does not like being brushed, and ditto on being picked up. Time and patience will go a long way to heal whatever anxiety she carries from her past. Stability and endless love will heighten her curiosity, brighten her personality, and continue to bring out this ginger lioness’s inner kitten.
