Mom’s out of town this weekend for the first time in like, forever. As far as I’m concerned, it can be forever until she does that again! Mom! I’m waiting for my scritches!

Until Mom returns next Monday, Mr. Colehaus is in charge of kitties, Niblets and Colehaus Cats. Nothing to worry about. He’s smart and everything!*

*Of course, Dad can’t tolerate our daily weight chart not being updated, so it is up to date and will remain so after all. YAY!!

But that doesn’t mean you won’t get your Friday Niblets fix! Why, we were just out checking the garden and alongside the last of the snap beans, look what we found! Niblets as fresh as they come!

Clearly, the planets have aligned. We finally took an (almost) perfect “Itty Bitty Kitty Committee” style photo. Not only were they all cooperative (okay, they were sleepy) but on their own, they sat in their order of birth! Had we thought of it at the time, we would have rushed out to buy lottery tickets too.

That spotted Viola belly! Snorgling and belly-huffing is definitely in order. Three cheers to Viola for learning how to eat on her own way before bigger sister Illy and brother Russell! Three cheers to Illy for being the first to consistently use her litter box! She’s all business in there.

Hi! I’m Robbie Niblet visiting my sister Illy who’s in kitty jail for stealing the cute.

More cheers for overachiever Robbie Niblet who not only goes to town on his formula/food mix but eats kitten kibble on his own too as well as drinks water from the water bowl. He probably hasn’t eaten any cat litter in a few hours either!

Why, look! It’s comfortably laid-back Russell who simply lacks a TV remote, a bag of mouse rinds and a beer! Oh, and someone to feed him, by hand. Probably wishes someone would peel grapes for him too.
