We moved the kitties big Armarkat cat tower from the Cat Den into our bedroom where Maxx, Ruby, and Tessa stay 24/7. It’s only fair that these three get to enjoy the superior scratchy posts, the awesome 78 inch height, and cozy cubby hole which Ruby instantly claimed as her own. Only Quint, Pia, and Viola used the tower in the Cat Den, and only for scratching on. (With his extra long legs, Quint needs an extra long scratching post like the Armarkat tower has.) When we can afford it, we’ll get a second one and get rid of the old original short tower that is completely shredded, and frankly, has a “fragrant” air about it.

Ruby: I like this cubby hole. It’s Ruby-sized and I can always tell when someone comes knocking. Who is that?
