Our kitchen countertops are about 40 inches apart between the main counter and island. We don’t know why we ever thought cats could be trained not to jump up onto the counters or not to jump the chasm between kitchen island and countertop. We’d like to think we’re much smarter now. Tessa helped educate us.
And she sticks the landing, just as she planned. Don’t tell her she’s 14 1/2 years old and shouldn’t be doing this. She’ll tell you age is just a number.
