Recently, friends of Colehaus Cats have sent gifts and created several very happy kitties.

Our friend Joan Ryan, a Quint art collector, sent us a full kitty dental kit – water additive, two kinds of kitty teeth brushes, kitty tooth paste, and a PetMeds Molly toy which Tessa claimed as her very own. Tessa’s never shown any motherly instinct but boy, oh boy! Did she ever take to Molly, and sleeps with it every single night.

Lights don’t go out until Tessa has her Molly. We’re still working on getting Ruby, Quint, and Viola used to the dental brushes but they love the tooth paste, and the water additive is super easy to use. We ‘think’ maybe Joan’s kit helped Ruby with her good dental cleaning last Monday. Thank you so much, Joan! Thank you for loving our kitties!

Mama Zuzu receives gift – 2014 © Colehaus Cats

The other day, we received a big, soft envelope addressed to Mama Zuzu! It had hearts all over it and kitty drawings and was from Ms. Stella O’Houligan. We went right to Zuzu’s favorite sleeping chair to let her inspect her package.

Out of the envelope, Mama Zuzu went all whiffy-crazy! The note on the package reads: “Welcome Home Mama Zuzu!”

It’s a homecoming quilt for Zuzu when she officially became a Colehaus Cat. It’s so pretty with kitties all over it, it smells really good, and even has the name, “Mama Zuzu” written on it!

And now it’s an extra favorite chair because her very own blanket is on it. Thank you, Ms. Stella and Ms. Stella’s mom! Mama Zuzu lays here every day, sun or rain, snuggling into her blanket. She absolutely loves it, and we absolutely love you!
