Spring cleaning house check time!
Smoke detector – Check!
Alarm detector – Check!
No cobwebs on the can light – Check!
One floofy orange girl overlooking the drop off abyss – Check!

My humans are sooooo dramatic!
Mom has put me in charge this time while she’s out of town yet again. She’s been crazypants busy since February helping to plan this major convention event in a nearby city and says this is the last trip she will make for months and months on end, maybe even for good! She’s a smart mom to pick me to keep watch. I have sharp eyes!
She knows I won’t miss anything and that I’ll keep order. Hey you cats! I see you! No tussling down there!
After breaking up a couple of bonkers-style scrambles, my job takes me downstairs to assure all is quiet and well. Now I see what mom means when she says the work is never done. All this checking and re-checking over and over – exhausting!
This is a tough job! Always keeping my ears up and my eyes open for shenanigans. Can’t have too many shenanigans, mom always says. Not sure what shenanigans are, exactly, but I’m going to make sure too many aren’t wandering around!
Oh mom, this is a hard job. The shenanigans might be winning! Come home soon, please?
