Last week, we could finally afford a new cat tower for the bedroom kitties – Maxx, Ruby, and Tessa. It’s the exact same tall tower as the one in the Cat Den and fits our narrow space perfectly (unlike the ratty tower that was too wide at the base and now, needs a new home elsewhere).
There was lots of interest when we first opened the box.

… until, naturally, they showed us what they were really interested in. Spend one hundred and thirty dollars on a sturdy, top-on-the-line cat tower and the box it comes in will hold more interest every time.

Quint didn’t waste much time showing us his favorite part.

And Miss Newton showed off her favorite part.

But then, we hauled it upstairs to present to the bedroom cats. As you might imagine, Ruby LOVES the new tower.

She rubbed her muzzle all over it, claimed the cubbyhole as her own, and took a nice, long nap in it. And upon waking, discovered other girls LOVE the new tower too.

That Tessa! It’s always the highest pedestal for her so she can look down on the rest of us. MOL!

Olivia says: Wait just a minute. You mean, there’s a higher place to sit? And here I am on this lowly dining room table thinking I’m the special one? Why didn’t anyone tell me?
