My morning routine.
Sometimes, I think mornings come too early.
My mom likes my shadow on the wall for this picture because it looks like a wild beast. I’m the only wild beast this room needs!

It’s not that our mom takes bad photos (okay, there might be a little of that), it’s that she wants to take so many durn photos! Therefore, we have to everything we can to challenge that frequency.
Here’s a tip, friends: Make sure you look super cute… in bad lighting! Here you see we were looking adorbs, yet over our shoulders, it was a bright, sunny day. Cameras facing into the bright light equals Photo Fail! HA!
So here’s your homework: Look cute. That part will be easy because we’re cats! Because we’re naturally aware of All The Things, save your extra cuteness for poor lighting situations. While you’re looking cute, your people will naturally rush to take your photo because they can’t help themselves. But when they see the end result *face palm* they will see the error of their ways instead! Win!
WARNING: Don’t be cute in near complete darkness. You don’t want that dreaded flashie thing going off. Well, unless you plan on giving them the dreaded laser eyes.
Use with some caution, however. You don’t want your people to lose interest. You deserve to be photographed. Perhaps even daily! Give them the opportunity to make you shine and they will thank you for it!
Call me Smug Olivia today because I’ve been successfully avoiding having my photo taken for almost three months. I “let” mom take this one because I didn’t want her to lose interest in me or anything. I’m feeling pretty good about myself!
