Hi all! A while ago, we had a nice day outside so me and my dad went for a walk in the garden. Mom’s been working so much outside, getting things all pretty for our spring and summer. There was lots of green out there but green is easy. I was on the hunt for color for my painting.

I thought these light purple flowers looked pretty but I’ve already painted spring purple flowers. Even though they were a little washed out sitting in the sun, I had to check them out and the rocks around them were toasty warm under my paws.

What I was really looking for was something blue. And here, I think I’d found it! And you know what that means… Painting time!

Mom mixed my colors and starting with blue, I painted and painted, though not too many. I might be saving myself for my summer work amid much warmer weather. But in the meantime, here’s what I finished.
