It was a tough competition and after much deliberation, and mental scarring from last week’s Tessa’s crazy-eyes submission, Viola’s entry made the cut for our 2019 Christmas e-card. If you’d like your own copy, please click on either e-card icon over there on our right side bar. That will take you to a new page with a larger version. Right click on the image, select Save image as… and save the .jpg image to the computer location of your choice.

Never one to do much of anything easy, Mom couldn’t decide on just one e-card, so here’s another featuring toy mousies. Hey, with all the mousies put up with around here, they deserve a card of their own. Here you go!

Over the weekend, Quint and Tessa had a tussle. Quint came away with a scratch to the corner of his eye. No worries. We have eye ointment for it. Tessa came away with a smug look on her face. Honestly, does she ever have anything but a smug look on her face? If she were a diva, she’d be Her Royal Smugness.

Wishing you and your family the happiest of Thanksgivings. We’re taking Friday off – don’t worry, Pia pre-approved it – to celebrate the first day off we’ve had at the same time since August 22nd. And to take note of a little thing called our 30th wedding anniversary. We might order pizza! Go us!
