Over the past week and after coming home from long 10-hour work days, Mom’s been decorating the place for the upcoming Christmas holidays. She started outside by wrapping a small Japanese maple with blue, violet and white LED lights and she’s happy with the result (photo probably coming later).

But that did take time and it was really cold and extra windy out there. When Mom came inside feeling downright frosty, do you think a certain poofy ginger girl might have snuggled with Mom to help warm her up?

Nope. That certain ginger girl sure was judgmental about the whole thing. If anyone gets snuggles around here, it’s Pia, not the other way around.

So later, when Mom decorated inside, then went to bed and had already gotten up and left for another long work day, do you think Pia was any less judgmental? Oh, please. Why would you ever think that?
