But then, there are those days*. Thank goodness for a bed sporting a cover sheet!
*There’s no proof whatsoever that Quint was the guilty party here. Let’s just say Mom is too good at accurately identifying poop ownership from thirty paces.
Good-bye July! We liked you this year. You weren’t too hot. You washed stuff with your rain. You helped our blueberries grow. You didn’t make our electricity bill skyrocket. Please send these positive comments as helpful tips to August. August never listens to our suggestions. Can’t you do something about that?

Thank YOU, you wonderful family, for sending Quint’s favorite food, lots of kitty drinking fountain filters and for helping keep all the cat blankets and bedding clean and fresh! From our hearts to yours, and from our kitties purrs to your kitties purrs, thank you so much!
Quint is notoriously impatient when it comes to stacking things on his head. Mom’s tried for months and years to include him in the Things on Cats events. Nope, not having it.
Until today. He still insisted on putting his own twist on it, however, as if participating like everyone else would be beneath him. Okay then, Quint. Don’t show your face. We’re sure Nobody will recognize it’s you.
Impressive! No, really! We don’t know who that cat was who sat so patiently while wearing such a magnificent pointy hat, but just, wow! That’s one special cat!

Thank you SO MUCH, you wonderful person who sent the Colehaus Cats a BIG bag of Iams Proactive Health Adult with chicken kibble along with the Dr. Elsey’s litter they like best of all. And yes, you can never have too much cat litter. Thank YOU!

We’re going to give Mom a few days off next week while she works double time to keep the cats in the manner they’ve become accustomed – that of not seeing much of Mom, but she’ll be back on Friday, the 31st with Olivia to say Good-bye to July. See you then!
