Thank you. Thank you very much.
The kitten sneer that broke the Internets.
When baby Pia came to live with us in May 2012, she had pretty much the run of anything she wanted. Baby Tessa, just three weeks older, was with us but she was a wild thing back then and preferred her independence far away from “babies.” Pia was so little and floofy and not sure of what was what. She liked to cuddle up with a bunny toy that Mom had originally purchased to give to a friend who raised goats alongside rabbits, but the bunny never quite made it over to that farm.
Later, the bunny became a favorite of The Niblets who chewed off one of the bunny’s ears, perhaps in a fit of Niblet rage when they were told that yes, they were KITTENS and no, they were not Superhero Hedgehogs in floof suits.
The bunny is now a nighttime bed mate of Sunny. Oh, the stories that bunny could tell!
Baby Pia also liked to hang out with a long-legged cat. She would snuggle within those long, fleecy legs and nap for hours.
Fortunately, that long-legged cat still has her ears intact!
But, as we all know, ginger princesses need their own bed. A big bed, no, a HUGE bed with lots of cushy pillows amongst which to sleep comfortably and to dream of future ginger princes.
