Spot the cat, not to be confused with Spot, the cat, who was another ginger princess to live with Mom back in the 1980’s. Pia just doesn’t know what to think about her not being the one and ONLY Ginger Princess in Mom’s life.
Today, we’re listing five statements that may or may not be true. Two are absolute truths and three are wild statements without a shred of honesty whatsoever. Can you spot the whoppers?
1 – As kittens who did not like each other, Mom got so fed up with the fighting she made Quint and Olivia spend an entire week together in a closed bedroom after which they became, and remain to this day, inseparable.
2 – Tessa’s favorite annoying thing to do is to reach up and press the ice maker lever on the refrigerator, leaving ice cubes all over the kitchen floor.
5 – Pia only meows when she doesn’t feel well. Otherwise, she “peeps” which earned her the nickname Pia Peeper.
So, how’d you do?
Numbers 1 and 5 are honest truths. Quint and Olivia snuggle and play together often, and Mom remains wildly happy about that. Pia Peeper continues her peeping daily, unless she’s growling at brother Quint. Hey, maybe those two should have a week’s time-out together!
Number 2, 3 and 4 are complete fibs. If Tessa thought to litter the floor with ice cubes from the ice maker, the joke’s on her. Our refrigerator ice maker hasn’t worked since 2015. Pia once thought she liked Mom’s old slippers. One good whiff changed that thinking. And while she has been visited upon by outdoor neighbor cat Wally Olly Porkchop a time or two, Viola only has eyes for Mom and Dad. No boyfriends for this Niblet!
