A few weeks ago, we mentioned another black and white kitty was visiting our feeding stations in our side yard and that Mom thought she’d be able to get close to it.
We call him (assumption) Tuxie Boy because we’re original that way, and when lured near with dried chicken catnip treats, Mom’s gotten to pet him several times. He runs off after he’s scarfed down those treats and Mom reports he feels solid, not thin, without bumps or any injuries she’s yet to find and that his fur feels soft and thick. He’s a talkie cat and we think he lives down the hill behind us as we see him leave via that route often. Maybe he’ll be our garden cat next summer?
Tessa was a little miffed to be photographed with an equally miffed Viola as may be evident here. That said, these past few weeks have seen them closer to one another than the good portion of the last 10 years. Do beds make friends?

It will be nice to have him as a garden cat. Viola and Tessa said it is one thing to share a space, but they could do without the photographic evidence.
