His tag says Zerbe. Could be his name, could be the tag company. No address or phone number. Just Zerbe. He’s friendly up to a point, and acts a bit like KeeKee – all is lovey dovey up until he gets a treat, then it’s hands OFF! We’ve seen Zerbe way, way up the street, crossing the street and hopefully, he knows about traffic. People drive fast up there.
