Yoga Position One – Look over your left shoulder. Picture someone thinking they are sneaking up on you. You see them. They see you seeing them. You hold the position for as long as it takes them to slink away.
Yoga Position Two – Claw Stretch. Imagine someone telling you to stretch that arm to air out your armpit. Now extend those claws and re-enact snagging the one who would dare imply you had armpits that needed airing out.
Yoga Position Three – The Belly Stretch You’ll Feel in your Ears. If your ears look normal, you’re doing it wrong.
Yoga Position Four – Flip and Ponder. After that big stretch, rapidly flip yourself over and exhale. Relax. Take in the comfort of the fleece-y blanket beneath you. Allow your eyes to gaze upward as you ponder life and your place in this big, beautiful world. Napping here is allowed. You’ve earned it!
