Viola says: Is is just me, or does it seem not as bright outside today?
Quint replies: This is End of Summer light, baby sister. And it’s an exciting time of the year. In just a few months, people-time that is, outside will get dark hours earlier and the light will return later in the morning. We won’t have the door open like this very often to get fresh whiffies because it’ll be freezing cold outside. And then, a jiggly jolly old person wearing red will bring wrapped boxes and bags of toys and treats!

Actually Viola your brother Quint is telling the truth (for once!) about the man wearing a red coat and riding on a reindeer sleigh. He will call and visit all good little girls like you and bring them lots of presents (whispers) you are on his list.
