Our sister Tessa. Boy, does she ever get herself into predicaments. She’s still living in the Servant’s Quarters, otherwise known as mom and dad’s room, peacefully enough alongside Ruby and Maxx. She never gets lonely because she has toys and gets lots of visitors, mainly from Miss Newton and Quint who can’t seem to sneak in there enough.

If we didn’t know better, we’d think she didn’t want to rejoin the rest of us in the rest of the house! You see, there was a certain “incident” last week that renewed mom’s vow that Tessa will be staying in the bedroom “for life.” We think that might have been planned. We know our sister pretty well.

Our silly mom, she doesn’t stick to hardly anything she says. And if we know our sister, we know she’s got plans up her sleeves. Lots of plans!
Huh. Looks to us like Tess has got things exactly where she wants them.

Yes, indeed. That Tessa is one smart kitty, and it seems she’s got it all planned out…
My mom and my old sis Pee Queen had a deal–Pee could pee on a rubber mat but nowhere else. I don’t know if a similar deal could be reached with Tessa, but it would be a whole lot less stressful for all!
We’re thinking of trying something similar with Tessa Pee Queen in about a month but for the time being, as long as she’s in the big bedroom (getting treats on silver trays and all), she’s the perfect cat. Let her out and all pee breaks loose! She’s a mystery, she is…
