It’s me, Maxx! I’m downstairs for a short visit checking out the view of the front yard. Someone said the springs were coming and I thought maybe I’d see some lying out there. Must not be here yet. No worries. I’ll check back later.

Ruby goes in today for her first dental cleaning (probably her first ever). She’s about ten or eleven years old now. We’re hoping she won’t need any extractions but her teeth were in not-so-good shape when she came to us fifteen months ago. Hang in there, sweetie. We’re here for you!
UPDATE: Ruby’s teeth cleaning went exceptionally well. No extractions needed. No pain meds for afterward needed. She’s home, purring up a storm, and enjoying her favorite spot on the cat tower as if nothing had happened at all! Well, other than those Bandaids on mom’s arm.
Please let us know how it goes for Ruby. Mom says we both need one too, but we still have a bit of time …
we are watching for spring too. they say it is coming but we don’t believe them. Hope all goes well for Ruby at the dentist.

Purrs miss Ruby – it won’t be so bad. As for spring, it seems to appear and then disappear around here.

Oh Ruby, I feel your pain… literally. A whole bunch of us have had dentals but the good news is that afterwards, you feel great! It’s true. You might have a sore tooth or somethin’ before but after the dental, the pain is all gone.
