Today, two Niblets are beginning a new adventure. Winter and Illy got their Christmas wish by becoming sisters for real when a very convincing Santa decreed they were a perfect pair and surprised them with a forever home! Today, a wonderful, loving family is waking up with two sweethearts who have come to love one another and will now grow up together!

Actually, Santa contacted us a few weeks ago and introduced us to a very good family who were looking for exactly what the Niblets, Illy and Winter, offered. Santa bade us to keep the secret until today. And who were we to mess with the big man’s plans?

We gave the last of our million kisses to pretty Illy and sweet Winter and bundled them off in the sleigh with a bag of favorite toys, blankies and food. We wish them the very best in everything and will hope to hear updates in the months and years ahead.
Most of the Niblets have flown the nest and though our hearts feel heavy, mama Erinn Zuzu and Viola Niblet are with us a while longer. But just wait!. Their surprises come on Saturday!

Before leaving for their next big adventure, Illy and Winter helped the last little Niblet Viola unpack a Santa Paws box from Henry and Rosie (and Mom Cindy and Dad Jim) of A House with Two Cats that was stuffed full of presents that jingled, jangled, smelled and tasted good. Illy and Winter were quick to pick a few things for themselves to take with them to their forever home! A wonderful Niblet first Christmas!
