Some of you asked when I’ll start painting again. It’s a complicated process. The first step is to discover inspiration. While this bed is soft, it’s not terribly inspiring. Let’s go look elsewhere.

The weather is often my painting inspiration and when everything is right, I sit here at the window for hours. Our weekend early spring weather was great for inspiration. But let’s look for more.

Psych! No inspiration over there… unless you get inspiration from dad’s sock drawer. Not saying that couldn’t be inspiring to someone, sorry dad. Socks have just never been my cup of tea, or my pot of paint.

Yep, I think I might have found some inspiration this past weekend and that painting will happen soon, I promise. But in the meantime, I can hear you thinking about inspiration!

It are tuff to get inspired sometimes.
